Allentown rejects ballpark renovation funding for Coca-Cola Park
On a 4-3 vote, the Allentown City Council rejected a request for $1.5 million in American Rescue Plan funds for renovations to Coca-Cola Park, home of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Triple-A; International League), saying it was Lehigh County’s responsibility as the ballpark’s owner. (more…)

Pennsylvania modifies COVID-19 rules to allow 20 percent capacity at ballparks
Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf unveiled revised COVID-19 limitations for venues of all sizes, allowing 20 percent of capacity at MLB and MiLB ballparks at the beginning of the 2021 season. (more…)
