IronPigs Add 13 New Items to Coca-Cola Park Menus

Plenty of new food items can be found at Coca-Cola Park this season, as the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Class AAA; International League) have unveiled 13 menu additions. The 13 additions will include eight on Coca-Cola Park’s concourse, as well as five that are exclusive to the club-level menu. 

These new offerings, as well as favorites around the ballpark, can always be found by visiting PigsFoodFinder.com – the first ballpark-food-specific website in Minor League Baseball. Launched in 2017, PigsFoodFinder.com is a one-stop site for all things related to concession areas at Coca-Cola Park with updated menus, vendor locations, food and drink categories, and the ability to search for a specific item.

Here’s a quick look at the eight new foods that will be available around the Coca-Cola Park concourse in 2018:

Pork Barrels (shown above): Oversized and locally sourced pork-u-lent pork shank smothered in sweet BBQ sauce. Each pork barrel can weigh up to 24 oz! (Available at Jaindl Smoke House | Located behind Section 118)

Deep Fried Cookie Dough: Chocolate chunk edible cookie dough dipped in funnel cake batter and deep fried to golden perfection. (FeRROUS Fries and FeFe Funnel Cakes | TD Bank Plaza)

Pork Roll Breakfast Sandwich: Philly’s breakfast sandwich with thick sliced local pork roll & bacon, fried egg, and American cheese on a fresh Kaiser roll. (Lunch Pail Grill | Sections 113 & 116)

Fried Cheesecake: Creamy vanilla cheesecake ball dipped in funnel cake batter and deep fried to golden perfection. (Lunch Pail Grill | Sections 113 & 116)

Mac & Cheese Pork Nachos: Crunchy cheddar cheese tortilla chips topped with rich & creamy macaroni & cheese and our famous pork-u-lent BBQ pulled pork. (Hot and Fresh Pizza | Section 108)

Dutchy Dog: Our jumbo all-beef hot dog topped with creamy real mashed potatoes and sauerkraut and served on a fresh Kaiser roll. (Lunch Pail Hot Dog | Section 114)

Pork Roll Burger: A 1/3-pound all-beef burger topped with thick sliced pork roll and fried egg on a fresh Kaiser roll. (Lunch Pail Grill | Sections 113 & 116)

Pickle on a Stick: A locally sourced whole jumbo dill pickle … on a stick! (Jaindl Smoke House | Section 118 & Gluten Free | (Section 106)

The club-level bar will see these five items added to its menu in 2018:

Country Fried Pork Sandwich: A giant hand-breaded local pork shoulder cutlet with sautéed caramelized onions, cheddar jack cheese, and creamy chipotle mayo served with fresh potato chips and a pickle.

Chimichurri Pork Skewers: Two quarter-pound pork-u-lent pork kababs served with fresh tangy chimichurri sauce and fresh-cut locally sourced french fries.

Fish ‘n’ Chips: Crispy beer battered Alaskan cod, fried to golden brown perfection and served with a generous portion of fresh-cut locally sourced french fries and creamy tartar sauce.

Grilled Chicken Salad: A heaping mound of fresh mixed greens topped with plump cherry tomatoes, cool cucumber slices, shredded carrots, red onion rings, fire grilled juice chicken breast strips, fresh cut french fries and cheddar jack cheese.

Grilled Steak Salad: A heaping mound of fresh mixed greens topped with plump cherry tomatoes, cool cucumber slices, shredded carrots, red onion rings, fire grilled flank steak strips, fresh cut french fries and cheddar jack cheese.
