In advance of their 15th season, the Albuquerque Isotopes (Class AAA; Pacific Coast League) have unveiled a commemorative logo. The logo will be used by the team throughout the 2017 season.
Additionally, the Isotopes announced their 2017 schedule.
The Pacific Coast League will play 142 games next season, two fewer than the schedule has featured in the past. The Isotopes’ 71-game home campaign will commence with the season opener on April 6 with a five-game series against the Salt Lake Bees.
“The 2017 season will be a special one at Isotopes Park,” General Manager John Traub said. “The schedule is very favorable relative to the summer months and weekends. We are already planning some very big promotions and exciting things for our 15th season.”
Highlights of the home schedule include 30 weekend dates, including each month featuring two weekend series, and a home game on Independence Day (July 4 vs. Sacramento). The season will feature 18 series over 13 homestands.
The Isotopes Promotional Schedule will be announced at a later date.
Ticket pricing will go unchanged for the 2017 season.
