The 2015 NY-Penn League All-Star Game will be hosted by the Aberdeen IronBirds at Ripken Stadium, the second time the ballpark has hosted the event.
“The Aberdeen IronBirds and Ripken Baseball are thrilled to have the best and brightest in the New York-Penn League come to Ripken Stadium next summer and play baseball the Ripken Way,” said IronBirds’ General Manager Joe Harrington.
Additional events and activities surrounding the 2015 NYPL All-Star Game will be announced in the coming months and will be available through the IronBirds’ official website.
“We added the Ripken orange walls and new uniforms this year to continue to innovate the IronBirds’ experience, and we are looking to reinvent the All Star game experience next year,” Harrington said. “We are very excited that the best players from around the league will come to Aberdeen and see the passion and energy that IronBirds’ fans bring to the ballpark each and every home game.”
