The startup independent American West Baseball League, launched by Godfather Media, has unveiled its logo in anticipation of a 2013 debut.
“I am very pleased with the outcome of the logo it has been done with class, shows professionalism and immediately lets the public know who we are as a league,” said Michael Cummings, Godfather Media chairman and chief executive officer. ” I would also like to comment on the progress of the AWBL, in the past few months we have made some great strides on our progress we have hired a commissioner, chief umpire, been in discussion with potential league members and will be announcing the signing of new members to our league, we have negotiated a lease for an league office and now we have introduced the public to our new logo.”
