We have a new look for the San Antonio Missions (Class AA; Texas League), as the team unveiled new logos, mascot and uniforms at an event today at the Alamo.
Designed by Brandiose, the new look combines a stylized Alamo combined with historic and cultural elements associated with San Antonio. (And some wit: the mascot’s name is Ballapeno.) Here’s the entire line of the new logos and graphic elements:
The M, obviously, is a mission bell, while Davy Crockett’s coonskin cap inspired a few of the logos. And the baseball is representative of the cannon fire from the Alamo.
