The Frisco RoughRiders (Class AA; Texas League) are adding to their front office staff, as they have announced several new hires.
As part of this round of additions, the RoughRiders have named Michael Farrell as director of corporate partnerships, Veronica Herrell as director of human resources and Wayne Loeblein Jr. as director of ballpark operations.
The club also announced the hiring of T.J. Rabe and Jake Hutton as group sales executives, Rebecca Morrison as ticket operations coordinator and Jenny Katlein as partner services coordinator.
Farrell most recently sold corporate partnerships for Six Flags, San Jose Sharks and San Francisco Giants. He lived and worked in New York City for more than 20 years, and began his career at McCann Erickson after studying communications and sociology at New York University, where he also played four years of varsity basketball.
Prior to joining the RoughRiders, Herrell worked in the finance industry specializing in Management and Leadership Training and Development. During this time, she found her passion for helping people and employee development. In 2013, she graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master’s in Human Resources. She also holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
The RoughRiders are Loeblein’s fifth stop in the Minor League Baseball industry. He has previously worked for the Lake Erie Crushers (Frontier League), Modesto Nuts (California League), Mobile BayBears (Southern League) and the Lake County Captains (Midwest League).
