Krupa’s contract extended two more years by Sally League

Eric Krupa will be president of the Low Class A South Atlantic League through 2012.

Eric Krupa will be president of the Low Class A South Atlantic League through 2012 after receiving a contract extension from the league's board of owners and presidents.

Krupa was hired by the league in 2007 to succeed John Henry Moss, the league’s founder and leader for 50 years. Krupa’s original term was for three years.

“We are thrilled with Eric’s performance in his first two years, and we are fortunate to have such a talented and committed President to succeed long time President John Henry Moss,” said Alan Stein, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Lexington Legends, and Chairman of the South Atlantic League Personnel Committee.

“I appreciate the confidence the board has shown in me, and I am very pleased to be given the opportunity to continue to serve the clubs,” said Eric Krupa. “It has been an exciting two years, and I look forward to many more with the South Atlantic League.”
