It’s been an up-and-down offseason for the CBL. An agreement to acquire six United League Baseball franchises fell through after the ULB founders bought the league out of bankruptcy court, and the decision by the Dallas owners to pull out of the league two weeks before play starts is causing league officials to come up with a new schedule.
