Dee came into baseball as an employee of Larry Lucchino with the San Diego Padres and came with Lucchino to the Red Sox. Dee was COO of the Red Sox during a time when Fenway Park was expanded and renovated in some notable ways, such as the addition of Green Monster seats; he was also president of Fenway Sports Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of New England Sports Ventures.
With the Dolphins, Dee will over business operations of the team and the stadium, which also hosts University of Miami football and the BCS Orange Bowl. Bill Parcells will continue to run football operations for the team.
