Aces ballpark construction delayed after helicopter mishap

The helicopter scheduled to move the new lights to the new Reno Aces ballpark broke down, pushing the installation to next week.
It won’t cause any major problems on the total construction timeline, but the installation of lights at the new Reno Aces (Class AAA; Pacific Coast League) ballpark will be delayed by a week after the helicopter scheduled to assist in the process broke down.

The installation is now scheduled for next weekend. Meanwhile, there will be a tangible point of progress this Tuesday, when installation of home plate is expected. The playing turf should also be installed before the end of the month, well in advance of a April 17 opening date.
