The Lake Erie Crushers announced a naming-rights deal with local firm All Pro Freight Systems.
All Pro Freight Stadium is the name of the new home of the Lake Erie Crushers (independent; Frontier League), after the team sold naming rights to the Avon ballpark to local firm All Pro Freight Systems for the new ballpark in Avon, OH. The ballpark, currently under construction, will now be officially known as All Pro Freight Stadium.
“We could not be more pleased with the partnership,” says Crushers owner Steven Edelson. “In this current economic climate, a long term commitment of this magnitude helps build credibility in the community and goes a long way towards ensuring the long term sustainability of our franchise. Passionate about their community and huge sports fans, All-Pro Freight Systems is the perfect fit.”
All Pro Freight Systems is a transportation, warehouse and distribution company headquartered in Avon.
“When they announced the new team and stadium coming to Avon, Ohio, we immediately became interested, especially because of its location, which is practically in the front yard of our corporate headquarters,” said All Pro Freight Systems President/CEO Chris Haas. “We were impressed with the team’s ownership and the professionalism of their front office staff. Their enthusiasm was contagious and their commitment to making this a first class operation is evident. We are very excited to be a corporate partner of the Lake Erie Crushers and would like to thank the team and Mayor Smith for this great opportunity.”
The Lake Erie Crushers will open their inaugural season on June 2.
