The ballpark financing calls for $30 million from private sources, $25 million from a downtown taxation district and $5 million from the Drillers. The ballpark, slated to open in 2010, will feature 6,200 seats and 25 luxury suites; the lease gives the Drillers control over most revenue sources, with the assumption they’d be used to pay the lease payments.
