River Bandits to Expand Protective Netting
Before next season, the Quad Cities River Bandits (Low A; Midwest League) will expand the protective netting at Modern Woodmen Park. The City of Davenport has begun accepting bids for the project, which will result in the netting being extended to the far ends of both dugouts. (more…)
Mid-2017 Opening Possible for New GreenJackets Ballpark
Construction on a new ballpark in North August, SC for the Augusta GreenJackets (Low A; Sally League) could take at least 14 months, thus eliminating a potential April 2017 opening.
