A slate of 10 finalists have been revealed as possible names for a new Franklin, WI team that will launch in the independent American Association in 2019.
Roc Ventures is launching the club, which will play in a new ballpark that is be constructed as part of the Ballpark Commons development. That mixed-use development in suburban Milwaukee will feature the 4,000-seat ballpark, along with a slate of amenities that includes retail, dining options, a driving range, and apartments.
A group of 10 finalists have been revealed as options for the team’s name. The full list can be viewed below, presented in alphabetical order:

- Broilers
- Cheesers
- Cow Tippers
- Crop Dusters
- Farmhands
- Haymakers
- Milk Men
- War Pigs
Voting is being conducted at BaseballWI.com. The poll closes on Monday, May 7.
