Snow. Denver. May.

Coors Field

We were in Denver for the Colorado Rockies’ chilly season opening series, but the weather was positively balmy compared to the conditions at Coors Field today, as evidenced by this photo taken from the Rooftop.

Luckily, the Rockies are on a road trip and won’t be back in town until Friday. By then the temps should be up in the 80s, and that lovely snow should be all gone. It’s been a crazy year for weather in both Major League Baseball and Minor League Baseball (which lost 140 openings to weather in April), and this snow doesn’t make things better.
