The El Paso Diablos are marking 20 seasons at Cohen Stadium with a slew of promotions and commemorations.

The biggest event will be a June 19 promotion marking the 20th anniversary. To prime the pump, the team is asking fans to submit their own memories of the Diablos to info@diablos.com; everyone submitting a memory will receive a ticket to the team’s opening homestand.

The El Paso Diablos originally played as a member of the Class AA Texas League under the ownership of Jim Paul, one of the more legendary promoters in the game. He then sold the team to Brett Sports, who then sold it to the St. Louis Cardinals. The team now plays as the Springfield Cardinals. The American Association entered into a lease for Cohen Stadium and bought the marks.
