“Any fan that comes into Bowling Green Ballpark is going to be blown away by the new video board,” said Hot Rods General Manager and CEO Brad Taylor. “From its size to all the information it will display, we are thrilled to be able to provide our fans with a first-class structure.”

The centerpiece of the new structure is the gigantic video screen, measuring 16 feet tall and 32 feet wide. The screen is capable of displaying high-definition video and will be used in a variety of ways. Fans will be able to follow our on-field promotions, see the latest player statistics, and have their name recognized during special events and birthday parties. On July 21, local Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts will take in the video board in all of its glory, enjoying a movie on Scout Sleepover Night.

In addition to the video screen, the structure will have a fully digital scoreboard, displaying all the pertinent scoring information from runs and hits to balls and strikes. On the left side of the scoreboard fans will track the speed of each pitch on the MPH Indicator, while the right side of the score line features a digital clock. Hot Rods partners are also featured in multiple areas on the video board. There are seven premium backlit panels, three stacked vertically on either side of the video screen, as well as a panel that frames the bottom edge of the structure. Two rotating panels in the bottom corners of the structure constantly move to feature different partners during the course of a game.
