Brewers score AirTran as sponsor for right-field porch

The Brew Crew scores airline AirTran as the naming-rights sponsor for the always-sold-out right-field porch at Miller Park.

The Brew Crew scores airline AirTran as the naming-rights sponsor for the always-sold-out right-field porch at Miller Park.

The multi-year sponsorship and marketing partnership includes the naming rights to the AirTran Airways Landing Zone (the all-inclusive seating area in right field formerly known as the Mercedes-Benz Field Haus).

"We’re excited to be bringing a new partner on board in AirTran Airways, and we believe they are a great fit to sponsor the now renamed AirTran Airways Landing Zone," said Rick Schlesinger, Brewers executive vice president – business operations. "With 245 consecutive sellouts for Brewers games since its debut in 2006, the venue has been one of our most popular entertainment destinations for groups coming to Miller Park."

In addition to the naming rights agreement, AirTran Airways will receive several additional elements in the partnership including Miller Park signage, in-game promotions and advertising in publications.
