Director of Tickets & Premium Sales
Position will be responsible for:
Generating new season ticket sales and handling season ticket renewals for the United Shore Professional Baseball League at Jimmy John’s Field in Utica, MI, including both direct sales and management of a team of sales representatives.
Generating new suite, diamond table, and front row premium seating sales for the United Shore Professional Baseball League at Jimmy John’s Field in Utica, MI.
Assisting with servicing sold accounts, including attending games during the baseball season at Jimmy John’s Field.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience with an organization in major league sports, minor league sports, or a major college athletic department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication skills over the phone and in in-person meetings.
- Strong computer skills.

Sales Account Representative

Entry Level Sales Position
We are seeking highly motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about getting their start in the business side of the sports industry. The Sales Account Representative position focuses on selling new full season tickets, partial season ticket plans, mini plans and group tickets for four United Shore Professional Baseball League teams playing at Jimmy John’s Field in Utica, MI through outbound calls and face to face appointments.
Solicit new season and group ticket business by telephone.
Proactively seek new leads through referrals, prospecting and networking.
Maintain detailed records of clients and prospects in the CRM system.
Conduct appointments with prospective clients.
Provide customer service to existing season ticket holders.
Provide additional support to the ticketing and marketing departments when necessary.
Staff sales tables at various games and events.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirement of an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, with good written and verbal communication skills.
