Triple-A Baseball — encompassing the Pacific Coast and International leagues — announced a three-year deal with Gildan as an official national sponsor.
In addition to its three-year sponsorship across all 30 Triple-A clubs, which makes the outfitter the supplier of t-shirts, activewear, underwear and socks, Gildan will be the title sponsor of the Gildan Triple-A Baseball National Championship Game and telecast, which will air on the NBC Sports Network. In 2013 and 2014, Gildan will also be a presenting sponsor of the Triple-A All-Star Game, currently televised on the MLB Network.
The national sponsorship includes an in-park presence at every ballparkl throughout the season as well as integrated media components such as game programs, website banners, radio and television advertising in addition to game tickets and more.
“This all-encompassing partnership with Gildan is such a perfect fit for Triple-A Baseball. The Gildan and Triple-A Baseball consumer is truly one and the same,” said Triple-A Baseball Chairman Branch Rickey.
