The Schaumburg Boomers (independent; Frontier League) will unveil a brand-new, state-of-the-art high-definition video scoreboard on May 25th at their Inaugural Opening Day at Boomers Stadium.
“This latest enhancement is all about our fans, allowing them for the first time in Schaumburg to see themselves up on the big screen and feel more a part of the action and entertainment than ever before,” said Boomers President and General Manager Andy Viano. “Plus it brings our great corporate partners’ messages to the big screen night in and night out. This is great news for Boomers fans as we keep our pledge to make a Boomers game the best value and experience in Chicagoland.”

The HD quality video will come from approximately 290,000 individual LED’s capable of producing 281 trillion colors, and the 1200:1 contrast ratio board will also broadcast with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
