PSC adds Oklahoma City to portfolio

Oklahoma City RedHawksProfessional Sports Catering, in conjunction with Mandalay Baseball Properties, will manage the food and beverage operation at RedHawks Field at Bricktown, home of the Oklahoma City RedHawks (Class AAA; Pacific Coast League).

“We believe great food and outstanding customer service play a vital role in the overall fan experience at the ballpark,” said Tom Dickson, CEO of PSC. “We are pleased to partner with the RedHawks, and will work together to deliver a top notch food experience for their fans.”

PSC plans to bring variety to the concourse with the addition of specialty food carts. Concession stands will also get re-energized with updated signage and menu boards. PSC will manage all aspects of the food operation, including concessions, catering and staffing for all RedHawks home games.

“The partnership with PSC is one more step towards our goal of making the Oklahoma City RedHawks and RedHawks Field at Bricktown the best family entertainment experience in the state,” said Michael Byrnes, President and General Manager of the RedHawks. “PSC’s approach to customer service aligns perfectly with our philosophy and that will greatly benefit our fans.”

Professional Sports Catering, LLC is the only full service food & beverage company that focuses exclusively on minor league baseball. Tom Dickson and his partner, Sherrie Myers launched the company in 2005 to serve the needs of minor league baseball teams across the country. The PSC business model focuses on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food, and an almost obsessive level of customer service and partnership with its clients. In 2011, PSC announced a joint venture partnership with Mandalay Baseball Properties, who have become active partners in the strategic growth of the company. With the addition of the RedHawks, PSC now manages the food and beverage operations at fourteen baseball venues, and is poised for significant future growth.
