What’s the perfect drink to wash down that Cracker Jack and hot dog at the ballpark? A glass of fine wine, of course.
We’re being a little facetious, of course; beer is our beverage of choice. But beer’s not the only adult beverage now being served at most MLB facilities, as AP did an article on the upscaling of food offerings at Major League Baseball ballparks, and we’re quoted as saying it’s a lot easier to find a nice Chardonnay than it once was. Of course, it’s also easier to find high-end food of all sorts, like sushi, at a ballpark these days. Still, if you’re into wine, you’ll want to check out the article.
