Scott Beatty, our old acquaintance from his Rockford days, is the new voice of the Sioux Falls Fighting Pheasants (independent; American Association).
Beatty will broadcast all 96 regular- and post-season Pheasants games on KWSN-AM 1230.
"We are pleased to name Scott as the voice of the Pheasants," said Pheasants VP of Broadcast/Communications Jim Olander. "Scott is an up-and-coming broadcaster with a great passion for the game of baseball, something I think fans will enjoy tuning in on a nightly basis."
Beatty comes off a broadcasting internship with the Rockford RiverHawks (independent; Northern League).
