Aces prep for ballpark opening

With nine days before the home opener, the Reno Aces put the finishing touches on a new ballpark.
With nine days before the opening of the new Reno Aces (Class AAA; Pacific Coast League) ballpark, the team is putting the final touches on the place.

Of course, the phrase final touches is relative. Furniture and home clubhouse equipment still needs to be installed, and elevators must past a final inspection. Still, considering construction on the new facility started pretty late in the process, the fact it will be ready for play on April 17 is pretty impressive. A big problem facing the city: homeless near the ballpark.
