St. Louis Cardinals President Bill DeWitt III warns that the bad economy may cause bond houses to take a pass on $100 million worth of bonds on the $320 million project, which would place retail, office space, restaurants/bars and a Cards museum next to the new ballpark, on the former ballpark site. The grass-covered site has been delayed multiple times already.
