Leber will work out of the company’s Evanston, IL corporate office and will add a significant level of experience to the young and rapidly-growing food and beverage company.

Professional Sports Catering, LLC, a full-service food and beverage company, was launched in 2005 by Dickson and his partner, Sherrie Myers. Dickson and Myers, the successful owners of minor-league baseball teams including the Lansing Lugnuts and Montgomery Biscuits, started PSC to serve the needs of minor league baseball teams across the country. With the belief that “big” food and beverage companies are not well suited to serve the minor league baseball industry, PSC takes a very different approach. Focusing on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food, and an almost obsessive level of customer service and partnership with its clients, PSC now manages the food and beverage operations for six minor league baseball teams, and is poised for significant future growth.
Leber, of Bensenville, Illinois, will join the corporate office staff as Vice President of Operations. He will be responsible for the management of four key business areas: food cost management and purchasing, quality control, business development and recruitment. “I am honored to join the Professional Sports Catering team”, said Leber. “I love the familial approach to foodservice and the passion to deliver great food and unprecedented customer service. Prior to joining Professional Sports Catering, LLC, Leber spent over twenty years in the food service industry with Marriott Suites, Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano, and Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. Leber’s most recent experience was Global Director of Purchasing for Levy Restaurants, where he managed and operated a corporate purchasing department for over 100 locations nationwide and internationally.
