They’re back! We’ll cover personnel changes on a regular basis. Today: the Bowling Green Hot Rods hire a director of ticket sales, while the Green Bay Bullfrogs name a new manager.

The Bowling Green Hot Rods (Low Class A; Sally League) named Alan Bowman as director of ticket sales, with a focus on season tickets, group and family outings, and business suites.

“The hiring of Alan is a big step for our organization,” said General Manager and CEO Brad Taylor.  “He brings years of success at the highest level in the sports industry.  We are thrilled to have Alan join the Hot Rods staff.”

Bowman comes to Bowling Green after working in Major League Baseball with the Arizona Diamondbacks. While in Phoenix, Bowman worked to promote awareness of Diamondbacks ticket packages, devoting most of his energy to luxury suites and enhancing the overall fan experience.

The Green Bay Bullfrogs (summer collegiate; Northwoods League) introduced Ronnie Nedset as the franchise’s second field manager in the team’s short history. Nedset, a Wisconsin native has a lengthy baseball resume that includes coaching and instructional experience from the high school level all the way up to the major leagues, including stints as a scout with the Pittsburgh Pirates, Detroit Tigers and Montreal Expos, and as a coach with the Milwaukee Brewers organization.
