Frank McCourt wants to build a new hotel and conference center next to the team’s new Glendale ballpark, reminiscent of Vero Beach’s Dodgertown setup.
The complex would house Dodgers players in spring and minor-leaguers throughout the year, as well as be capable of hosting conferences and fan events. One important part to Dodgertown, the team’s former home in Florida, was the conference center, which was used year-around.
There’s no timeline for any such project, of course.
