Indianapolis Indians Renovate Victory Field Suite Level

Victory Field suite level renovation

In a major upgrade for the 2018 season, the Indianapolis Indians (Class AAA; International League) have unveiled renovations to the Impact Suite Level at Victory Field. The project was the first major renovation of the space since Victory Field opened in 1996.

“We’re looking for ways to invest in our game day experience to ensure it remains at the high quality our fans have come to expect,” said Indianapolis Indians President and General Manager Randy Lewandowski. “Before last season, we installed new video boards in right field and along the upper level and a digital audio system throughout the stadium. Our fans were thrilled with the upgrades. We think the fans who experience the Impact Suite Level on game day will have the same reaction to this project.”

The list of improvements includes expanded serving spaces, in-counter induction warmers, two large-screen televisions, mobile charging stations, glass-front refrigerators, new interior furniture and updated exterior stadium seating. Lobbies, common areas and restrooms were also renovated to maintain a consistent look.

Also, many important milestones and figures in the history of Indianapolis Indians baseball are now depicted throughout the Impact Suite Level. Each suite is named after a former Indians player, manager or executive, and their jerseys and bios are hung in the suites. Additionally, a historical timeline of Indians franchise history adorns the suite level hallway on the first base side of the stadium.

“We are proud to be a part of the unveiling of these incredible renovations to Victory Field,” said Chris Zvirbulis of Impact. “As general manager of our Indiana operations, I can speak for all our teams in saying that the Indians are a fantastic partner that we are privileged to work with. Our partnership with the Indianapolis Indians has given us the chance to become part of the Indianapolis community in a way that no other partnership could.”

“These renovations add incredible value to what is already an amazing ballpark experience,” said Michael Cucco of the Impact Indianapolis branch. “This suite space takes that great experience to the next level and provides a state-of-the-art space for fans and business partners alike to enjoy the Indians games while setting the tone to get business done.”
