We’re into the second round of our Best of the Ballparks competition for NCAA ballparks, after a first round that saw a few interesting upsets. So you know what to do: vote!
We’ve been really pleased with the response to the Best of the Ballparks – NCAA ballparks vote. The results were all over the place: Yale Field made it through to a second round, for instance. After the first round, as many people have voted in the NCAA edition as did in the spring-training edition, and by the time all is said and done we expect to hit five figures in the number of voters.
The top 10 ballparks in the first round, based on the number of votes they received:
Alex Box Stadium (LSU)
Sewell-Thomas Stadium (Alabama)
Hi Corbett Field (University of Arizona)
McKethan Stadium (University of Florida)
Baum Stadium (University of Arkansas)
Founders Park (South Carolina)
Boshamer Stadium (UNC)
Doug Kingsmore Stadium (Clemson)
Alexander Field (Purdue)
Reckling Park (Rice)
