There is a new general manager at the helm for the Green Bay Bullfrogs (summer collegiate; Northwoods League), as Sierra Vieaux has been appointed to the position. Vieaux spent the last three seasons as the Bulfrogs corporate accounts manager and marketing coordinator.
“I am truly passionate about the Green Bay community and the Bullfrogs,” Vieaux said. “There is such a great sense of family and pride for this team and community and I am honored to call it my home. I grew up going to historic Joannes Stadium and am excited for the opportunity to lead the Bullfrogs.”
“We are excited to have Sieeria in this new role for the Bullfrogs,” Bullfrogs owners Steve Schmitt, Vern Stenman and Conor Caloia said in a joint statement. “We feel that Sieeria brings a lot to the table as General Manager, and will continue to push the recent success of the Bullfrogs organization.”
Vieaux, a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, graduated in 2013 with a degree in Sport Management from Carroll University. The summer before her senior year, Vieaux began her career in baseball as a marketing intern for the Lakeshore Chinooks of the Northwoods League. Following that summer, she joined the Bullfrogs staff working multiple positions, most recently as Corporate Accounts and Marketing Manager.
“There’s a lot of energy behind this team,” Vieaux said. “With the help of our Assistant General Manager Andy Francis I’m confident that our focus will continue to be on improving the fan experience and making the 2017 season a great one.”
