Professional Sports Catering will handle all aspects of the food operations at Dow Diamond, home of the Great Lakes Loons (Low A; Midwest League), including concessions, catering, and staffing for every event at the ballpark, under the terms of a new contract announced today.

PSC and the Loons organization are implementing a series of upgrades throughout the ballpark that include new specialty food carts, revitalized branded food options. In addition to Dow Diamond, PSC will operate the State Street Restaurant located directly adjacent to the ballpark. PSC’s service oriented approach has resulted in one of the fastest growing food-service providers in sports. PSC’s commitment to its core operating principles has allowed it to become one of the largest in Minor League Baseball.
