You see these in MLB ballparks, but not so much in MiLB facilities: the Quad Cities River Bandits (Low Class A; Midwest League) are upgrading their business center at Modern Woodmen Park.
The team is hosting ta ribbon-cutting at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 14, to unveil the newly renovated Bandits Business Center powered by Bradfield’s.
Freshly painted with new carpet, all-new office furniture, and a built-in SMART Board with a microphone and speakers, the Bandits Business Center powered by Bradfield’s is a premier environment for hosting presentations, training seminars, and meetings. Located on the first floor adjacent to the lobby at Modern Woodmen Park, the space will be available for businesses and organizations to rent and use year-round on both game days and non-game days.
“The continuous improvements to Modern Woodmen Park benefit the entire Quad Cities community, and the new Bandits Business Center powered by Bradfield’s will give more opportunities to businesses across the region to use our venue,” said River Bandits owner Dave Heller. “Each year, we host thousands of people in the Quad Cities for special events, and the Bandits Business Center powered by Bradfield’s will be another place for unique experiences at the ballpark.”
With mobile furniture, the newest addition to the event spaces at Modern Woodmen Park can suit the needs of every event and is available in layouts accommodating groups of up to 48 people.
Businesses, groups or organizations may rent the Bandits Business Center powered by Bradfield’s at $40 per hour – a rate that includes two hours of set-up free of charge. The River Bandits will also offer a “Meet and Suite” package, which includes hourly rental for just $25 per hour with the purchase of a luxury suite for a River Bandits home game.
“With the new Bandits Business Center powered by Bradfield’s, Quad Cities businesses and organizations have an extraordinary facility to comfortably meet their needs,” said General Manager Harold Craw. “All of our guests will also receive the outstanding hospitality of our staff, who are dedicated to making every event memorable Modern Woodmen Park.”
