The Madison Mallards of the Northwoods League are looking for a growing leader to serve as its new Director of Group Ticket Sales. The Mallards hold every national attendance record for summer collegiate baseball averaging 6,278 fans per game in 2011. Located in the vibrant college town of Madison, Wisconsin, the Mallards are looking for a rising star in the sports marketing business. Last season, Madison sold out its grandstand for 26 of 34 home games. The Director of Group Sales will be pivotal in helping the Mallards sell out every home game in 2012. The Director of Group Sales will report to the General Manager and lead a newly formed Group Sales Department including one full-time employee and four additional seasonal sales staff. This department will target local non-profit and youth organizations throughout south central Wisconsin.
