A three-year-girl stuck by a foul ball during batting practice at Monday's Los Angeles Dodgers game successfully underwent surgery to repair a fractured skull.

Janelle Brisano was with her father at the game when a foul from the bat of Russell Martin struck her in the head. Her father took her to a first-aid station. From there she was taken to a local hospital, where she underwent surgery yesterday. The prognosis: a full recovery.

Martin has said he'll pick up all the expenses.
