The newest team in the summer-collegiate Northwoods League has a name: the Willmar Stingers.
The name was unveiled at a press conference in Willmar (Minn.) yesterday. The logo design comes from Justin Schaller of Eau Claire, Wis.
The Stingers will play the 34-home game schedule at Bill Taunton Stadium at Baker Field, where the capacity is currently 1,050.
