Keys plan big night to welcome six-millionth fan

Frederick will mark the occasion by unveiling the team's new scoreboard.

The Frederick Keys (High Class A; Florida State League) will welcome its six millionth fan tonight and will mark the occasion with a huge night at the ballpark that includes the unveiling of the brand new videoboard and Peanut Free Night. The Keys are currently under 3,000 fans away from the six million mark. The lucky fan who will be number six million will receive a great Keys fan pack that includes a jersey, the chance to throw out the first pitch and more.

The new videoboard from Texas Star Solutions will be 50 percent bigger than its predecessor and will support high definition video input for a cleaner, crisper image.  It will also be Peanut Free Night presented by The Frederick Allergy and Asthma Center. To prepare for the event, Harry Grove Stadium has been washed down multiple times prior to the game to create a safe, peanut-free environment for allergy sufferers.
