A new $250,000 LED display will adorn the right-field fence at Modern Woodmen Park.
The Quad Cities River Bandits (Low Class A; Midwest League) unveiled a $300,000, 80-foot-long LED scoreboard on the right-field fence at Modern Woodmen Park.
The new scoreboard will be used for player stats and promotional opportunities. It’s one of several new features at Modern Woodmen Park this season. The River Bandits seem to be on a roll: the team reports a 35 percent increase in ticket sales when compared to a year ago.
