Another day, another plan from the St. Louis Cardinals and developer Cordish Co. to fill the large empty spot next to Busch Stadium.
The St. Louis Cardinals and developer Cordish Co. unveiled a revised plan for Ballpark Village, the long-delayed development project slated for 10.5 acres next to the new Busch Stadium, on the former Busch Stadium site.
The plan, which could cost as much as $188 million in public subsidies, would include an office tower, restaurant/bar space, retail, a St. Louis Cardinals museum and housing.
