New for July 20: Inland Empire Nutcrackers

Inland Empire Nutcrackers

Christmas in July promotion on July 20 will include a one-game name change for the Inland Empire 66ers (High A; California League), who will play as the Inland Empire Nutcrackers

For the July 20 game against the visiting Modesto Nuts, the 66ers will take the field wearing specialty Nutcrackers uniforms. The uniform features a unique touch, as the cap design (shown above) depicts a nut resembling the Modesto Nuts’ logo inside the nutcracker’s mouth.

In addition to the rebranding, fans will get to enjoy Christmas in July at the stadium and visit Santa’s Village. There will be holiday treats, Christmas shops, and an appearance by Santa. There will also be an eating competition to see who can conquer a Christmas feast.

Fans will have the opportunity to purchase their own Nutcracker hat starting July 20. The hats will be sold in the team store throughout the season (while supplies last). There will be a jersey auction during the game for the Nutcracker game-worn jerseys. All proceeds from the auction go to benefit the 66ers Foundation and its efforts to support the Inland Empire youth.
