As reported earlier this year, two-time Masters Champion and Pensacola native Bubba Watson bought a minority share of the Blue Wahoos, and his presence will certainly be felt at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium this season. Off the Hook is now Bubba’s Sand Trap, decorated with artwork of Watson. Seafood, in the form of sushi, oysters by the dozen and beer boiled shrimp by the pound, are on the menu.
McGuire’s Irish Pub is turning the old Sand Bar into McGuire’s Wake Zone and will feature McGuire’s Irish Red and the famous Irish Wake drinks.
New portables will be around the park including Sonny’s BBQ Cart, fresh salads from So Chopped, coffee from Bodacious Brew, fresh fruit smoothies from Maui Wowi Gulf Coast and wraps from Roly Poly.
All year long, Chef Travis Wilson will feature homestand specials that will be served at Port Side Grille. Jackpot Nacho$ will be served April 9th-13th in honor of our opponent, the Biloxi Shuckers. It features lightly fried scallops and sautéed shrimp, topped with avocado de gallo, spicy mayo and a lemon sour cream.
