Some concessions news to pass along: Professional Sports Catering (PSC) will manage all aspects of the food operations at Coolray Field, home of the Gwinnett Braves (Class AAA; International League), including concessions, catering and staffing for every event at the ballpark.

PSC and the Braves organization are enacting a series of upgrades throughout the park that include new specialty food carts, revitalized branded food options, and most importantly, all food items cooked fresh in front of fans.
