PSC lands Coolray Field concessions deal

Gwinnett BravesSome concessions news to pass along: Professional Sports Catering (PSC) will manage all aspects of the food operations at Coolray Field, home of the Gwinnett Braves (Class AAA; International League), including concessions, catering and staffing for every event at the ballpark.

“This is a very exciting announcement for PSC.” said Tom Dickson, CEO of PSC. “The Braves are a tremendous organization that is recognized across the country. We are honored to partner with the team in Gwinnett, and we have already begun the process to deliver a world class fan experience in 2015.”

PSC and the Braves organization are enacting a series of upgrades throughout the park that include new specialty food carts, revitalized branded food options, and most importantly, all food items cooked fresh in front of fans. PSC’s service oriented approach has resulted in one of the fastest growing food service providers in sports. PSC’s commitment to its core operating principles has allowed it to become one of the largest in Minor League Baseball.

“The Gwinnett Braves are thrilled to partner with Professional Sports Catering,” said G-Braves General Manager North Johnson. “PSC is the recognized leader in quality when it comes to foodservice in Minor League Baseball. We are excited to provide our fans with a first-rate food and beverage experience that matches the rest of the atmosphere here at Coolray Field.”

Professional Sports Catering, LLC is the only full service food & beverage company that focuses exclusively on Minor League and Spring Training Baseball. Tom Dickson launched the company in 2006 to serve the needs of minor league baseball teams across the country. The PSC business model focuses on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food and an almost obsessive level of customer service and partnership with its clients. Since its inception, PSC has become one of the fastest growing foodservice providers in sports. In 2014, PSC announced a joint venture partnership with Levy Restaurants, who have become active partners in the growth and vision of the company.
