A deal to announce: Professional Sports Catering (PSC) will manage all aspects of the food operations at NewBridge Bank Park, home of the Greensboro Grasshoppers (Low Class A; Sally League), including concessions, catering and staffing for every event at the ballpark.
“PSC is very excited to partner with the Grasshoppers organization.” said Tom Dickson, CEO of PSC. “We admire the job that Team President Donald Moore has done throughout the team’s ten years at NewBridge Bank Park. We cannot wait to introduce some changes to the food experience, and begin a long-lasting partnership with the Grasshoppers!”
PSC and the Grasshoppers have developed a new vision for the concessions and catering operation at NewBridge Bank Park that includes specialty food carts, new branded food options, and most importantly, all food items cooked fresh in front of fans. PSC’s service oriented approach has resulted in one of the fastest growing food service providers in sports. PSC’s commitment to its core operating principles has allowed it to become one of the largest in Minor League Baseball.
“The Grasshoppers are delighted to partner with PSC.” said Donald Moore, President and General Manager. “We pride ourselves on providing a fun and affordable family experience, and I believe our fans will thoroughly enjoy the exciting new additions PSC is bringing to NewBridge Bank Park!”
The Grasshoppers will debut their new concession tastes and smells on Friday, April 3, 2015 as they welcome the Miami Marlins for an exhibition game. Ticket sales information will be published soon.
Professional Sports Catering, LLC is the only full service food & beverage company that focuses exclusively on Minor League and Spring Training Baseball. Tom Dickson launched the company in 2006 to serve the needs of minor league baseball teams across the country. The PSC business model focuses on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food and an almost obsessive level of customer service and partnership with its clients. Since its inception, PSC has become one of the fastest growing foodservice providers in sports. In 2014, PSC announced a joint venture partnership with Levy Restaurants, who have become active partners in the growth and vision of the company.
