The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Class AA: Eastern League) announced Advantage Food and Beverage as the team’s new food service partner for Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. In addition, the Fisher Cats have hired Matt Person as the team’s new Vice President of Business Operations, replacing Tim Restall, who will now serve as President of Advantage Food and Beverage.
Advantage Food and Beverage will be responsible for all dining areas at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium including the concessions stands, luxury suites and the Samuel Adams Bar & Grill, along with catering team functions.
“I am eager to step into this position with Advantage Food and Beverage,” said Restall. “We view the stadium as New Hampshire’s biggest restaurant and want every guest who dines here to enjoy a variety of delicious foods while receiving grade-A service at an affordable price.”
In the works for the 2011 season, Advantage Food and Beverage plans to introduce many new and creative menu items from an all-you-can-eat buffet to a larger selection of healthy food options. One of the company’s main focuses is in maintaining low prices on food throughout the ballpark, stressing the importance of affordability and the quality of products offered to guests.
As a part of Advantage Food and Beverage’s efforts to enhance the ballpark dining experience, it will implement a new credit card system throughout Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, granting guests the ability to use credit and debit cards at all of the concessions stands on the main concourse. Incorporated with the new credit card system, Fisher Cats Gift Cards can now also be redeemed at any area where credit cards are accepted.
“We are excited for Tim in his new role and look forward to working with Advantage Food and Beverage as they strive to provide our fans with the highest quality food, catering and service possible,” said Fisher Cats President Rick Brenner. “The addition of Matt Person, an experienced and energetic executive, has boosted the strength of our front office and we are thrilled to welcome him aboard.”
