When the calendar hits 1/11/11 next week, the Trenton Thunder (Class AA; Eastern League) will unveil a unique promotion: the team selected their number one value-driven promotional game on the 2011 schedule and will have an early one-day release for individual tickets to that game.
On January 11 the Thunder will open up 1,111 tickets for their Friday, April 15th game against the Harrisburg Senators. On the 15th, for the advanced ticket price of $11, fans can enjoy free hot dogs, hamburgers and cheeseburgers throughout the game. This is an extremely limited all-you-can-eat offer that will be available for early purchase from 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m on January 11th.
Individual tickets for all games will go on-sale February 1st. One fan that purchases tickets on the early release date will receive a pair of “Rivals” Mini Plans for next season.
“What better date than 1/11/11 to open up ticket sales for our number one promotion!,” said Thunder General Manager Will Smith. “We want to continue to be the number one destination for families looking for an affordable outing, and we think free hot dogs, hamburgers and cheeseburgers will put us at the top of the list.”
