Reds, Mudcats extend PDC

Carolina Mudcats logoThe Carolina Mudcats (Class AA; Southern League) and the Cincinnati Red extended their player-development deal by two more years.

“The Reds are very pleased to be renewing their Player Development contract with the Mudcats. We are extremely happy with the way the relationship has developed over the past two summers,” said Terry Reynolds, Senior Director of Player Development and Global Scouting for the Cincinnati Reds. “Steve Bryant, Joe Kremer, the Mudcat staff and all the fans in the Raleigh area have made our players and staff feel at home from the minute we arrived. We look forward to a long and successful relationship between the Reds and Mudcats.”

“We’re thrilled to continue our relationship with the Reds,” said Mudcats owner Steve Bryant. “We are proud to be part of such an esteemed and classy organization, and are looking forward to a great future as a member of the Reds’ family.”
