The Board of the Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority announced their unanimous approval of Levy Restaurants as the exclusive provider for the stadium during their June meeting. Levy Restaurants already does concessions for another MECA facility, Qwest Center Omaha.
Chicago-based Levy Restaurants manages concessions at other sporting and entertainment venues across the country, including Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium, Aces Ballpark and Ripken Stadium.
