Landing the concessions deal for ONEOK Field, opening next season as the home of the Tulsa Drillers: Professional Sports Catering.
Professional Sports Catering, LLC, in conjunction with the Tulsa Drillers (Class AA; Texas League) announced today that Professional Sports Catering, LLC will manage the food and beverage operation at the new home of the Drillers, ONEOK Field.
"We are pleased to partner with the Drillers as they launch into this new and exciting chapter of their business," said Tom Dickson, Managing Partner of PSC. "ONEOK Field is going to be a beautiful ballpark and we feel that we will bring a high quality food product and a top notch level of service.”
ONEOK Field is scheduled to open on April 8, 2010. The ballpark will feature 6,200 fixed seats, 23 luxury suites, four private picnic venues and a conference center. Fans will be serviced by over fifty points of sale in both traditional concession stands and customized, specialty food carts. PSC will manage all aspects of the food operation, including catering and staffing.
“PSC impressed us from the beginning with their hands on ownership and management, innovative thinking, and specialization in Minor League Baseball,” said General Manager of the Tulsa Drillers, Mike Melega. “We are confident that they can provide the best product possible and allow us to focus on the other areas of the business to create an overall outstanding experience for our fans.”
